Oxbrite is a laundry subscription in the Klang Valley. One flat price covers 4 pickups: Lite RM108 (20kg a package), Standard RM158 (40kg) or Household RM268 (80kg). We collect from your door weekly or fortnightly, wash, dry and fold, and it's usually back within 2 days. Over your pool is a flat RM4.50/kg. No lock-in.

How does the subscription work?
Pick a plan and set your pickup day and time — weekly or every 2 weeks, your call. Our driver collects from your door, we wash, dry and fold everything, and deliver it back to you, usually within 2 days. It repeats on your schedule, so you never have to think about laundry day again.
Does my weight allowance roll over?
Your kilograms are one pool across your package's 4 pickups, so a quiet pickup is never wasted — the unused weight just stays in the pot for your next pickups. Leftover kilograms even carry into your next package (they keep for 1 month there), while the 4 pickups themselves are valid for 2 months. If you go past the pool, it's just a flat RM4.50 per kg extra, the same fair rate on every plan.
How do I know how much of my allowance is left?
We weigh every pickup at our facility, and your own private link then shows exactly how many kilograms you've used from your package pool, how many are left, and how many pickups you still have. No guessing and no surprises. Because it's pooled across the package's 4 pickups, a heavy pickup is covered by a light one.
How do I pay?
Your plan renews after every 4 pickups. Pay by DuitNow or bank transfer at the start of each cycle, or set up a recurring card subscription so it renews automatically. Either way we send you a friendly reminder each cycle.
Is there a lock-in? Can I cancel?
There is no lock-in. Cancel whenever you like; let us know before your next cycle starts and that's it.
Can I pause when I travel?
Yes. You can pause for up to about a month a year, with a couple of days' notice. You're not charged for the time you're paused, and we pick right back up when you're home.
What can you wash, and what can't you?
We handle everyday clothes and home laundry, including comforters and bedsheets, which count by weight toward your kg pool. We don't take dry-clean-only items, shoes or heavily soiled items in the wash plan. Curtains, sofa covers and heavy household items cost extra. Need dry cleaning or something special? Just ask us on WhatsApp.
Can you keep some clothes out of the dryer?
Yes. Tell us which pieces shouldn't go in the dryer, and we'll keep them out of it. Dry-clean-only items aren't part of the wash plan, so ask us on WhatsApp about those.
Do you separate colours?
Yes — every plan already washes your whites and your coloured clothes as two separate loads. If you'd like a third split, with whites, light colours and darks each washed on their own, you can add Separate Wash to your plan for 50% extra: RM54 for 4 pickups on Lite, RM79 on Standard, RM134 on Household. Only have one or two delicate pieces? Pop them in a bag and mark it, and we'll handle those separately at no charge.
How do you keep track of my laundry?
Every order is tagged and tracked from the moment we collect it to the moment it's back at your door, and your laundry is washed on its own, never mixed with anyone else's. Small items are kept together so they don't disappear in the machines. And if anything is ever not right, our free re-wash promise has you covered.
What if I'm not home for pickup or delivery?
The easiest option is contactless, through your parcel room or concierge. If you'd rather meet the driver, we can arrange a time, though it's roughly a one hour window depending on the route that day.
Can I change my pickup day?
Yes. Just WhatsApp us a day ahead and we'll arrange it with you.
Do I need my own bag?
No, we provide a bag on your first pickup. Just fill it with your laundry and we'll take it from there.
Is ironing included?
Wash, dry and fold is included in every plan. Ironing is an optional add-on on every plan: RM60 for up to 28 pressed pieces across 4 pickups, or RM90 for up to 56. Hangers are RM1 per piece if you'd like them.
