How does the subscription work?
Pick a monthly plan and set your weekly pickup day and time. Our driver collects from your door, we wash, dry and fold everything, and deliver it back to you, usually within 2 to 3 days. It repeats every week, so you never have to think about laundry day again.
Does my weight allowance roll over?
Your allowance is a monthly total, so a quiet week is never wasted — whatever you don't send simply stays in the pot for later that month. What it doesn't do is carry into the next month: each month starts fresh at your full allowance, and anything left over expires. If you go past the monthly total, it's just a flat RM4.50 per kg extra, the same fair rate on every plan.
How do I know how much of my allowance is left?
We weigh every pickup when we collect it, and you get your own private link showing exactly how many kilograms you've used this month, how many are left, and the date your month resets. No guessing and no surprises. Because it's pooled across the month, a heavy week is covered by a light one, so most people stay comfortably inside their plan.
How do I pay?
Two easy ways. Pay by DuitNow or bank transfer at the start of each cycle, or set up a recurring card subscription so it renews automatically. Either way we send you a friendly reminder each cycle.
Is there a lock-in? Can I cancel?
No lock-in at all. You can cancel anytime with no penalty. Just let us know before your next cycle starts.
Can I pause when I travel?
Yes. You can pause for up to about a month a year, with a couple of days' notice. You're not charged for the time you're paused, and we pick right back up when you're home.
What can you wash, and what can't you?
We handle everyday clothes and home laundry, including comforters and bedsheets. We don't take dry-clean-only items, shoes, heavily soiled items or bulky things like curtains in the wash plan. Need dry cleaning or something special? Just ask us on WhatsApp.
Do you separate colours?
Yes — every plan already washes your whites and your coloured clothes as two separate loads, at no extra charge. If you'd like a third split, with whites, light colours and darks each washed on their own, you can add Separate Wash to your plan for 50% extra: RM54 a month on Lite, RM79 on Standard, RM134 on Household. Just flagging one or two delicate pieces instead? Pop them in a bag and mark it, and we'll handle those separately at no charge.
How do you make sure nothing goes missing?
Every order is tagged and tracked from the moment we collect it to the moment it's back at your door, and your laundry is washed on its own, never mixed with anyone else's. Small items are kept together so they don't disappear in the machines. And if anything is ever not right, our free re-wash promise has you covered.
What if I'm not home for pickup or delivery?
The easiest option is contactless, through your parcel room, concierge or guardhouse. If you'd rather meet the driver, we can arrange a time, though it's roughly a one hour window depending on the route that day.
Do I need my own bag?
No, we provide a bag on your first pickup. Just fill it with your laundry and we'll take it from there.
Is ironing included?
Wash, dry and fold is included in every plan. Ironing is an optional add-on: RM60 a month for up to 7 pressed pieces a week, or RM90 a month for up to 14. Hangers are RM1 per piece if you'd like them.
